Thursday setup.
Sunday broadcast.

One administrator session midweek prepares everything. Sunday morning, your volunteer taps NEXT. The platform handles the rest.

01 — THURSDAY
Administrator sets up the week
Log into the Navecast dashboard. The lectionary is already resolved — RCL readings for the week are pulled automatically. Add your preacher's name, any announcements, and confirm. Scripture is cached. You're done.
02 — SUNDAY
Volunteer opens the controller
One screen on an iPad. The full service order is visible — every section, every reading, every BCP text. The volunteer taps NEXT. Camera switches, overlay updates, and mic states change simultaneously.
03 — LIVE
The church goes everywhere
The service streams to YouTube Live. The overlay displays scripture, BCP texts, and announcements in real time. Sermon timestamps are logged automatically. The congregation at home follows every word.

Everything a parish needs.
Nothing it doesn't.

Liturgically intelligent overlays
The broadcast overlay is driven directly by the Book of Common Prayer and Revised Common Lectionary. Scripture, responsive texts, the Nicene Creed — all formatted and paginated for the screen before Sunday arrives.
BCP 1979 · RCL
Automated camera switching
PTZ presets and OBS scene switches fire simultaneously on every section advance. The camera is already in position before the scene goes live. Lectern for readings, wide for the creed — all configured once, never touched again.
OBS · PTZ · <200ms
Zero external calls during service
All scripture and lectionary data is fetched and cached on Thursday. Sunday morning, the platform reads exclusively from local cache. No API latency. No network failure mid-Gospel. The service runs whether or not the internet does.
Cache-first · Fail loud
Managed audio over the network
A Dante AVIO encoder ships with every kit. Balanced XLR from any soundboard → AES67 network stream → PipeWire on the Pi → OBS. No USB audio, no drivers, no proprietary software. Works with every mixer your parish already owns.
AES67 · Mixer-agnostic
"The only broadcast platform where the Book of Common Prayer drives the camera."
Why it matters

Built around your liturgy, not around video software

Every other streaming tool is a general-purpose camera controller bolted onto a church. Navecast is the inverse: the liturgy is the architecture. The service order, the BCP texts, the lectionary readings — these are the data model. The broadcast follows from that, not the other way around.

Simple pricing.
Parish or diocese.

One plan, one price. Whether you're a single parish getting started or a diocese equipping an entire network, every parish gets the same fully managed platform — parish management and live broadcasting, ready to go.
